What Inteam is
Inteam is an online football manager. You run a club: you pick the formation and the lineup, appoint the captain and the set-piece takers, and keep an eye on your players’ form and the table. The game plays the matches on schedule, and your decisions decide how far the club will climb.
The essentials in a minute
- You get a club with 22 players in the lowest division of your country.
- Every league has 10 clubs. A season is 18 rounds: everyone plays everyone twice, home and away.
- The game runs four times faster than real time. A season lasts three months, and there are four seasons a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter. One season is one game year, so players get a year older every season.
- Rounds are played on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 20:00 UTC, whether you are in the game or not.
- The league champion goes up a division, and the weakest clubs go down.
- Every country has its own pyramid of leagues. Most clubs are run by the game (they are bots). A new manager takes over one of them.
What is in the game
The sections of this guide follow the game’s menu:
| Menu item | What is there |
|---|---|
| Overview | League position, points, squad strength, the next match and the club feed |
| Club | The club page: prestige, rivals, form, manager. From there: settings and history |
| Manager | Your profile: level, experience, career |
| First team | Squad, Tactics, Appointments, Matches, Table |
| Settings | Manager name, password and language |
The “Game rules” section explains what happens under the hood: how a match is played, how team strength is worked out, how the leagues are organized, how players develop, plus prestige and derbies.
What is not there yet
Inteam keeps growing. For now the league championship is played, with promotion and relegation. The national cup, the World Cup for national teams, transfers, training and in-match substitutions are still to come. See What comes next.
